    •       Free shipping is offered on standard / ground shipping only. Costs for expedited shipping will be charged at standard rates.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

If you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from Cambria Bicycle Outfitter, you may return it for replacement, exchange, or refund. The product must be unused/uninstalled, complete and in its original packaging. Installed parts will not be accepted for return/exchange (unless it is a warranty issue) Returns are not allowed on videos, food, closeout parts, or custom orders.


DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE USA

We do deliver to many addresses outside of the USA via DHL or postal service options available at checkout.  The combination of Covid-19 restrictions and the increase in online shopping related to the pandemic are making delivery times longer and more unpredictable.  We will get the package to the carriers quickly for you but we cannot exert much influence after that.  Please be as patient as possible and allow a bit of extra time for delivery until these problems ease somewhat.

Your home country may charge VAT taxes and duties and some carriers may charge fees for customs clearance.  These fees are not reflected in the price you pay to CambriaBIke and we do not profit in any way from them.  We charge only for the product and transportation.  Please be aware of your country VAT policy for the products you are buying so that this is not a surprise to you when the package arrives and some additional taxes and fees may be due.

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS


Should a shipment arrive damaged or incomplete, please protest to the delivery person and file an immediate claim with the shipper. To file a claim, a representative of the agency must inspect the package in its original condition. Please note that all shipping damage claims are paid by the shipping company, not CBO.
